PRE-orders can't be Refunded Due to our All sales are final policy, if you have purchased an order or made a pre-order you will receive your Items as soon as possible. when exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered in anyway. please do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us.
